perfect pour of homebrew -red hopped ale

June 14, 2009

Homebrew?  Homemade beer.  Oh yea.

This red ale, heavy in cascade hops (one third of which has been added at 60 min. boil, one third at 30 min. boil, and the last third at flame-out), has been cold aging for the past 2 months and was broken out in celebration of the sun actually peeking out.  Good times.

Serve with:

Spicy foods like Jerk, grilled shish kabobs, more red ale, and Southern Rock/Jam Band Gov’t Mule.

Perfect pour of homebrew. Not so perfect photography.

Love it! This beer would be welcome in the Pac NW. Cheers!
